SENATE BILL NO. 170 "An Act extending the Alaska senior benefits                                                                
payment program; and providing for an effective date" was read the

Senator Olson, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 1586.                                                              
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 170(FIN) "An Act                                                                      
relating to the Alaska longevity bonus program and the Alaska senior                                                            
benefits payment program; and providing for an effective date" was                                                              
adopted.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 170(FIN) will                                                                   
advance to third reading on the February 19 calendar.
